Captain Miller (2022) is a Tamil action, period, and drama film directed by Arun Matheswaran. The star cast of the movie includes Dhanush, Shiva Rajkumar, Priyanka Mohan, Sundeep Kishan, Nivedhithaa Sathish and more supporting artists. The movie is being produced by Sendhil Thyagarajan and Arjun Thyagarajan under the banner of Sathya Jyothi Films. After the success of Rocky and Saani Kaayidham, director Arun Matheswaran is making this film with a multi-star cast from the South Indian film industry. Touted to be an action drama, Captain Miller is a period film set in the pre-Independence era. The film marks the first collaboration between director Arun Matheswaran and Dhanush. For Shiva Rajkumar Captain Miller is considered to be his second film in Tamil. He was signed for Ranjnikanth’s Jailer directed by Nelson, and produced by Kalanithi Maran of Sun Pictures.
